Deployment Readiness v1
Deployment readiness is bounded to the VDS-local synthetic internal beta path: HF downloads are verified, local runtime and beta UI are safe, external writes and real-user data remain blocked, and GDPval rubric review holds are routed before any external beta or public release.
The Single Idea
The engine is ready for local synthetic internal beta review, not external beta or public release. The seven GDPval rubric holds are routed with owners and closeout checks instead of being hidden by a green validation receipt.
