GDPval Batch Practice
GDPval replacement candidate batch practice runs deterministic local-only practice for the two fully closed backlog-batch redrafts, keeps source-file-review and held candidates out of practice, and creates no approved-intake runtime, canonical learner-history, progression, external, public, unattended, or production unlock.
